I think this is way to easy to get around if you are worried about theft of data.

You would have to encrypt the "special" document with a key only the server has, or the user could just run those agents. The problem is that user could just open the db in designer and remove all pre/post open code from the db. Even w/ enforce consistent ACL present, its way to easy to get around.
